Set-Up:
8:00am –10:30am, you must be checked in no later than 10:00.
All cars must be moved to the crafters parking area no later than
10:30am, please unload and move your cars before you start to set up your space.
ANY
SPACE NOT EXHIBITED BY 10:00AM WILL BE RE-SOLD WITHOUT A REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL
EXHIBITOR.

KEEP DISPLAYS TOGETHER UNTIL 7:00 PM
OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE CRAFT SHOWS.
Fee:
$25.00 per space only.
YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS AND SHADE CANOPIES.
Space will be assigned on a first arrival basis the day of the show the
same as last year. If you want to be
next to someone, please arrive at the same time.
Space size:
10 x 10. Again, this is an
outside location, you will need to supply your own Shade canopy, tables and
chairs. There will be no water or
electricity available.
Deadline:
Spaces are reserved on a
first come first serve basis. Applications will be honored through
July 1st, 2008
or until sold out,
whichever occurs first. You will be notified by e-mail of acceptance.
Rules:
Exhibitors are fully responsible for the care, safety and security of their own
works and property.
I agree to forever discharge and release Harpswell Festival Committee, Inc.,
Town of Harpswell, their agents and representatives from all actions, suits, and
claims.
Spaces are reserved on a
first come basis as applications are received. Emphasis will be placed on the
arts and crafts. Therefore, it is
required that all goods sold are the creative work of the applicant.
If your business purchases goods for re-sale, we may be able to place you
in an alternate section of the festival.
We reserve the right to accept or deny applications along with limiting
the number of booths with the same type of craft/art work.
If you are sharing a space all names
along with all types of works must be on the application.
When listing what type of Art or Crafts you make, please be specific.
For fairness to the artisans/crafters - accepted/denied do to having to
many of a certain type of work, if the items are not listed on your application,
you will be asked not to display them for sale.
We will also need a copy of liability insurance for this date.
General Information:
The Craft Fair
will be held outside at George Mitchell Field.
This is a rain or shine event. Please sign in at the Crafter information
area upon arriving. Restrooms and
food will be available. No refunds or space changes will be made.
Parking:
Once you have finished unloading your car please move it to the crafters
parking area.
